Apple iPhone SE (2017) leaks, launching at WWDC in June

The first renders of the second generation of the Apple iPhone SE have been shared on the Chinese microblogging platform, Weibo. The source suggests that Apple will be releasing the new iPhone SE 2017 edition during the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2017 event which starts on June 5. Leading the way toward the announcement of the flagship iPhone 8.

Based on the renders, the new iPhone SE will be featuring a similar design to that of the iPhone 8 with the LED flash positioned beneath the camera, it resembles the vertical dual camera setup rumored to be coming with the iPhone 8. Apple seems to have dropped the parallel dual cameras that were attached to the iPhone 7.

iPhone SE is said to be sporting a body design made of glass material and an OLED display. The chipset will be the A10 Fusion with two gigs of RAM and will be having variable storage versions by up to 256GB. The fingerprint sensor on the front-facing home button and the 4-inch display will be continued.
