Time and time again, the SiteGround team impresses me. Whether it's by putting out a stout security plugin, powerful website optimizer plugin or CDN offering, SiteGround continually impresses!

Took over 18 hours to run the WordPress migration tool and the host I was moving from botched it all up with their crappy servers.
So I was offered to migrate the whole site manually by SiteGround support. It was all completed within an hour or so. Response time was very fast. No long waiting times to get replies back.

I just moved my personal business websites to Site Ground after finding out about them through one of my client's website. First year hosting price is almost nothing and they are priced competitively but what I like the most about them is their exceptional customer service and hosting security. Their customer service is 24/7 and you will always have a real human helping you out on the issue instead of bots and such and they are very efficient in their customer service turn around time as well. I am already loving it and glad that I made that switch from shitty, spammy, malware-filled GoDaddy!

I was uploading a new interactive tool and encountered a problem, which all thought to be a php version issue.. Two Reps prior to Dennitsa Milcheva, although helpful could not fix the issue, Once Dennitsa took a look when her shift began she fixed the problem immediately.

This is not to bash the two prior reps. This is to thank Dennista for her great help solving a problem that we just could not resolve. I have been with SiteGround for 13 years, and without them, I really think I would not have submerged from some pretty sticky situations.

I tried quite a few hosting companies the first few years I was online. One day some I was working on a website that belongs to some people that I really to a liking to.

Anyway, they turned me on to SiteGround and told me I should give them a try the next time I made a hosting move.
Well, it wasn't long after that I gave G-daddy the ole heave-ho!

When I got here to SiteGround I thought it must have been my birthday or something? What a tremendous difference I began to see right off the bat. Thing is, that was even before they upgraded their website and a whole bunch of other things around here. Many of the places online are only here for one reason, and one reason alone!

TO FILL THEIR POCKETS, AND TO DO IT WHILE DOING, AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE!

SiteGround is truly a class act in my humble opinion. Are they making money? Well I don't know, but I sure hope so because they deserve to be making a whole bunch of it.

SiteGround puts back into their business all the time. How do I know, well, great support, awesome products and services, and the thing that I really like. They are constantly upgrading and adding to their products and services.

I know that if I grow in my business needs, they have me covered. Anytime I have ever come to them for anything they have always gone out of their way to help me. That to me is the definition of family, and for me that is huge!

I'm 67 yrs old now, and I am single since Ingrid passed in 2015. It's nice when I come here to work and I can feel as comfortable as I do. I feel like I'm right at home here at SiteGround.

The technical staff at Siteground has been excellent. I am a neophyte to website maintenance with a personal history of poor technical assistance with a previous host and this was a delightful contrast.

So far the Product is great and most of the Service is wonderful. The only thing I would change is more patient customer service via the phone process. If more patience is given then we can handle every issue in 1 call versus quickly getting the customer off the call in under 5 minutes only to have us call right back in the next 10 because all the issues are not solves which could've been solved in 1 call.
