Very poor support - phone lines not answered or simply cut-off, live-chat not functional, unable to make simple payments online. Website updates now always seem problematic. Will be moving asap.

Used to be very good until they got taken over a couple of years ago. Since then nothing but unreliability, issues at least once a month, and support is shocking, we've often lost whole days waiting for a response. Their Support ticket numbers indicate that they are having major problems. really should not be recommending them.

In 2018, TSOHost bought up Mr.Site.
Nothing changed initially, although they made it a needless chore to actually get to your own website to change content in it, but I stuck with it because i'd been with Mr.Site for a number of years and it just worked.
Now in TSOHost's infinite wisdom, I get an email giving me pretty much less than a month, telling me they are shutting down all Mr.Site websites?!?!?!?
I've only just paid for my subscription, what they propose I do is pay more money for a TSOHost site rather than employ someone that knows howto run the Mr.Site side of things, or even transparently convert websites.
And to top it all off, I raised some questions 4 days ago, and i'm STILL waiting for an answer!!!
So thanks a bunch TSOHost, as you can't be arsed to respond to me, i'll take my unwanted business elsewhere then yeah?

An extra week of free hosting is absolutely useless when the hosting does not work...
I used to tell everybody about TSO host - I thought they were exceptional but something has changed recently.
The last few weeks (according to them months) they have been having major issues with their cloud - to the point that they no longer offer it to new customers. They have also said in various conversations that they do not know when the problem will be fixed properly.
My website is having daily server errors, when it does finally load the speed is dreadful and making any changes to my WordPress website just ends in more crashes. The entire process of updating an unresponsive website and navigating their live chat has wasted days of my time.
The only solution TSO could offer me is paying extra money for their Cpanel service, they'd look at refunding the remainder of my current package all while they offered me a £0.73 rebate on the weeks of disruption.
As they have specifically said that they cannot guarantee uptime on my website and I am an online retailer, I have decided to move to another hosting company.
They are refusing to give any refund more than that £0.73 on a service I paid for and have yet to receive - even though I have months left on my package.
Service paid for, service was not received - some sort of refund is expected. I will be pursuing this further.
Do not use for any reason - even if they fix this issue, their customer service in relation to issues is somewhat laughable.

My TSOHost web address now shows NOT SECURE beside the address which puts 'visitors' off viewing any further articles. Apparently TSOHost have had since October 2017 to provide SSL certification but to date have no idea when the MrSite websites they took over will be sorted. After a number of years asking for Anchor Links on pages TSOHost still do not offer Anchor Links which means that 'visitors' have to scroll down to view articles!

After being hosted with tsohost for many years, it was the right time to move just after the buyout from Godaddy. Slow servers, poor support and constant websites going down.
We moved 47 websites to Speedydot, a UK Hosting company, UK staff and UK servers. They moved everything over for us, gone over board and honestly it's been a 5/5 experience. I'd advise anyone with TSOHost to do the same and contact Speedydot to see how they can help you.

originally with daily.co.uk who were great until they were bought out by TSO, who just seem to want to sell you products..however I bought and renewed the product ,only to find they don't support it, so they persuaded me to buy something else, which didn't support my website format

I have been with TsoHost (used to be Vidahost) for many years now. 3 days ago all my sites went down and once I found out I complained. They said the Server I was on had crashed and they were trying to fix it. 5 hours later I called them again and they said it was still down with no ETA for a fix. They said I could be migrated to a new server as the one I was on was very old and soon to be decommissioned. I agreed, then they said it would be 3 business days for the migration. Since I was told about the migration the next day, all of my sites will be offline for 4 days. No compensation, nothing, they didn't seem to care. The support is in Bulgaria as they moved it from being UK support a while ago. That is when it started to go downhill. I will be moving companies as soon as I can, as Tshost is a joke. DO NOT GO WIT THEM!
They have cpanel which is good.
Support use useless, they don't know what they are doing and mess things up all the time.

It is not simply a case of a bad hosting company and a negative review. We are a British company based in Hong Kong and had not only used TSO for years, we also recommended them to all our business friends. After all, how many hosting companies can you call on the phone, have a real person to assist and solve any issue you may have. This was TSO. However, this is NOT TSO anymore. They have been bought by GoDaddy and ever since, their services seem to be administered from some location in Eastern Europe in addition to Russia. They are not, as previously, a UK company based in Slough.
It is a shame that once such a friendly hosting company could allow itself to drop to sub-standard. This review permits a minimum score of zero. I feel this is not representative of TSO as they have plummeted to below zero. Our business has suffered terribly due to TSO and I would sincerely request anyone looking for hosting to look elsewhere.
It is my fervent hope that the previous TSO owners and staff read these comments and see what has happened to all their hard work.

TSO Host UK were recommended to us by a web development trainer and we transferred our three websites in Summer 2018.
Since November 2018, we have found TSO Host UK's performance to have deteriorated to an unacceptable level with slow or no response from their Technical Support team by telephone or via Live Chat.
Regrettably, TSO Host UK is not to be recommended.

Been over two months now that customers with hotmail,yahoo, aol and some other email accounts cannot receive emails from our site hosted by TSO,apparently it is something to do with Microsoft blocking TSO servers. I have requested help several times,or if they have a work around third party email redirection, to be told they don't know when this will be resolved, and have nothing to help the situation.
Such a good service previously now very very poor, i'm afraid i can no longer continue with these issues.

This used to be a fantastic hosting company with great service and an even better reputation, however all this has changed over the last 12 months and support is diabolically slow and it can often take over a week to simply get a site restored from a back up.
My sites have been down for almost a month now and still no resolution in site.
I would not recommend this hosting company, even to my worst enemy.

Was a good host but have started to cheap out, overloading servers, under-provision on PHP soft memory limits causing error dumps - slow load times sporadicaly and unable to connect to database happening frequently, they say one off.,everything is fine
I would avoid TSO...they are not what they used to be
they moved us too the cloud and screwed that up, site was not displaying correctly, they fixed it but with everything happening didnt fill me with joy and trust, especially as one staff member said "we arent PHP orientated"

Reseller hosting should be supported with urgency and consideration. We however have none.
Our sites have been down for almost three days and there is no fix in sight.
When we finally get any kind of response from them - 12 hours later it does not help.
I don't care what the problem is with equipment, I pay for hosting of my domains and a 99.9% uptime promise. Get it fixed and start to show you care.
